A high-end menu brief for a fictional underwater-themed Japanese sushi bar opening in Brighton. Drawing from real-world inspiration at Brighton’s Sea Life Centre, this double-sided design blends modern elegance with traditional symbolism — featuring koi fish, lotus flowers, and sakura motifs. All illustrations and typography were digitally created in Photoshop, using a carefully balanced colour palette of black, gold, and red tones. The menu includes authentic Japanese cuisine and drinks, presented with bilingual type to reflect cultural authenticity and visual sophistication.
